Devotee’s Policies:

1.    On-Door Inspection:
Customers are required to inspect their items upon delivery while the courier is present. Any discrepancies should be noted immediately.

2.    Returns & Exchanges:
Once the delivery is accepted and confirmed, returns or exchanges are not permitted, except in cases of valid product defects.

3.    Defective Products:
In the event of a defect, please contact us at devotee.eg@gmail.com within 7 working days from the date of receipt. We will provide further instructions.

4.    Shipping Expenses for Unaccepted Items:
Any shipping expenses for items that are unaccepted by the customer will be borne by the customer.

5.    Discounted Items:
All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6.    Shipping Timeframes:

·       Shipping within Cairo typically takes 2-4 working days.

·       Shipments to other governorates may take up to 6 working days.

Note:

●      The Vintage Leather Jacket may require up to 7 working days for shipment if it is not available in stock.

●      Bodysuits and Tops are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
